How do I get the best comfort and fit with the Jabra Enhance™ Plus earbuds?
Insert your earbuds. Rotate them downward until they feel comfortably snug (and not too loose). If in doubt, check that the Jabra logo is parallel to the ground.
Your earbuds come pre-equipped with medium-sized EarGels, but you also get small and large-sized EarGels that you can try out and adjust until you get the perfect fit. Keep in mind that no two ears are alike, so you may even benefit from using a different size EarGel in each ear.
To change the EarGel, align the sleeve of the EarGel with the earbud nozzle and press gently. Be sure the EarGel is securely attached to the nozzle before inserting them into your ears.
How do I get the best sound out of the Jabra Enhance™ Plus earbuds?
For optimal sound quality, the key is ensuring that your earbuds fit comfortably (see How do I get the best comfort and fit with the Jabra Enhance™ Plus earbuds?).
To avoid audio feedback, Jabra Enhance Plus is equipped with an automatic, digital feedback-suppression system. If you still happen to experience audio feedback, here are some options that may help get rid of it:
- Reduce the Listen Mode volume in the Jabra Enhance app
- Deselect the Clear filter in the Jabra Enhance app
- Try another EarGel size for your earbuds
If there's no sound whatsoever in your earbuds, it might be because you muted them and activated the Auto-remember volume feature last time you used them. Simply deactivate this feature, so you can adjust the sound every time you use your earbuds.
If you still hear a high-pitched noise, chances are you need to charge your earbuds.
Keep in mind that there are also various Listen Modes for different sound-situations. Adaptive mode is default, Focus mode is good for one-on-one conversations, and Surround is geared for ambient sounds (e.g. a walk on the beach).
You can adjust the Listen Mode volume in the Jabra Enhance app by pressing on the arrows or swiping up or down.
Can I listen to music and receive phone calls using the Jabra Enhance™ Plus earbuds?
