Lea offers a 1-year warranty on the Jabra Enhance Plus. Accessories are exempt from warranty.
Shipping
Lea ships each order as quickly as possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days based on the purchase date. We process order shipments Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. CST.
We provide both free and flat rate standard and expedited shipping options depending on your needs.
Continental US

Refund policy
At Lea Health, it is our priority to make sure you are fully satisfied with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
Lea offers a 45-day money back guarantee, which starts from the date the product is shipped. To utilise this guarantee, contact Lea Support within this 45-day period and provide us with your order number.
You will be provided with a prepaid label for the return.
For us to handle a return, please make sure that you return the complete Jabra Enhance Plus kit, including the original box and all contents.
Note: If a refund is requested, payment will be returned to the original payment method used.
Request a refund
To request a refund for product(s) purchased online, please contact Lea Support by sending a mail to info@leahealth.com or call 800-235-8663.
Be sure to include your Order Number when you contact us.
Refund credit on credit card
Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after receipt and processing of your returned product.
Cancel order
You may request your order to be cancelled on the same day the order was placed by calling Lea Support at 800-235-8663. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be successfully cancelled, as orders are quickly sent to the warehouse after they are submitted through an automated process.
In this case, we encourage you to contact Lea Support to initiate a return for refund if a cancellation is unsuccessful.
Changes to order
Unfortunately, we cannot make amendments to existing orders. Once an order is placed, we can attempt to cancel if it still has not started the shipping process.
